Cybergal

Behind the music

Cybergal is a British alternative artist blending modern rock, post-punk, electronic textures and raw emotional songwriting. With a distinctive North East England voice and a sound that moves from intimate vulnerability to explosive rebellion, her music explores identity, love, loss, transformation and the messy business of becoming yourself.

Her songs are often cinematic and deeply personal, balancing gritty guitars, atmospheric electronics and powerful melodies with lyrics that refuse to shy away from difficult emotions. One moment she can be vulnerable and reflective; the next, she can be loud, chaotic and unapologetic.

Cybergal's voice is created through a custom vocal profile developed from the vocal performances behind the project, giving her a distinctive character and Northern identity that runs throughout her music.

From the reflective melancholy of "London Rain" and "For A Little While" to the defiant energy of "Velvet Riot", Cybergal isn't interested in staying in one box
