1. About These Terms
1.1ZeroOne Beats ("we", "us") operates two services covered by these terms: the Song Submission System at zeroonebeats.com/submit, which is free, and the ZOB Premium subscription, which is paid. Sections 2 to 6 below cover music submissions; sections 7 to 11 cover the Premium subscription; sections 12 and 13 apply to both.
1.2By using either service you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility (Song Submission)
2.1You must authenticate via a supported OAuth provider (Twitch, Google, or Discord) to submit. By signing in you confirm you are authorised to use that account.
3. Submission Requirements
- 3.1Tracks must be original AI-generated music produced using an AI music platform (such as Suno, Udio, or similar).
- 3.2You must provide a valid public link to the original track on the platform used to generate it.
- 3.3First submission only: you must add "ZOB" to the title of your track on the platform where you created it - the same public track you link above. This enables us to confirm that the account is genuinely yours before your first submission is approved. This requirement applies solely to your first submission: once that track has been approved, you may remove "ZOB" from the title at any time, and you are not required to add it to any subsequent submission.
- 3.4The WAV file must be an authentic export of that track.
- 3.5You must hold commercial usage rights for the submitted track. Most AI music platforms require an active paid subscription to grant commercial rights - submissions generated under a free-tier account that does not include commercial rights are not permitted.
- 3.6Submissions are limited to 3 per authenticated account per 24-hour period.
- 3.7File size must not exceed 100 MB.
4. Your Rights in the Music
4.1You retain whatever rights you hold in the submitted track. By submitting, you grant ZeroOne Beats a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to play, broadcast, and feature the track across all ZeroOne Beats platforms and channels, including but not limited to the Twitch stream, VODs and clips, social media channels, the ZeroOne Beats PC App, and the ZeroOne Beats Web Player. You confirm you have the right to grant this licence.
5. Prohibited Submissions
5.1You may not submit content that is or contains any of the following. We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
- 5.2Music that is not AI-generated, or otherwise misrepresented as to its origin or platform.
- 5.3Music that has been commercially released or distributed through a music distributor or aggregator (such as DistroKid, TuneCore, or CD Baby), made available on any distributor-fed streaming or download service (such as Spotify, Apple Music / iTunes, Amazon Music, Deezer, Tidal, or YouTube Music), or enrolled in any Content ID or digital rights-management system. Sharing your own track directly on your personal social media (for example TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook) does not disqualify it, provided it has not been submitted to a distributor or aggregator. ZeroOne Beats broadcasts only music that is not commercially distributed elsewhere, to keep its catalogue free of third-party rights claims.
- 5.4Tracks generated under a free-tier account or licence that does not grant commercial usage rights.
- 5.5Hate speech, slurs, or content discriminating against or attacking individuals or groups on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- 5.6Violent extremism, incitement to violence, glorification of terrorism, or threats against any person or group.
- 5.7Strongly political or partisan content - endorsements of, or attacks on, specific political parties, candidates, movements, or contested current-affairs positions. We welcome music; we do not broadcast political advocacy.
- 5.8Strongly religious content, including proselytising and content endorsing, promoting, or attacking specific faiths or belief systems.
- 5.9Content that promotes, romanticises, or provides instructions for self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
- 5.10Sexually explicit content, pornography, or any content that sexualises, depicts, or references minors in a sexual context. Any such submission will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- 5.11Targeted harassment of, threats against, or personal attacks on identifiable individuals.
- 5.12Content advocating illegal activity or glorifying illegal drug use.
- 5.13Submissions made on behalf of another person without their consent, or under a false identity.
6. No Guarantee of Broadcast
6.1Submission does not guarantee that your track will be played on stream. We curate the playlist at our discretion.
7. The Premium Service
7.1ZeroOne Beats Premium is a Windows desktop application that gives subscribers control over what plays from the ZeroOne Beats catalogue during their own streams or listening sessions, including segment selection, custom playlist creation, and the ability to skip or remove tracks they do not wish to hear. The free 24/7 ZeroOne Beats radio remains available without a subscription.
8. Subscription, Pricing & Billing
- 8.1Premium is sold as a recurring subscription of €5.99 per month.
- 8.2Payment is processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which acts as the merchant of record. Their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern the payment transaction itself.
- 8.3Your subscription renews automatically each month on the anniversary of your initial subscription date, until cancelled.
- 8.4Prices are quoted in Euros. Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) are collected and remitted by Lemon Squeezy as required by your jurisdiction and will be shown at checkout.
- 8.5We may change the price of the subscription on at least 30 days' notice; changes apply at the next renewal after the notice period.
9. Cancellation
9.1You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (a link is included in each receipt e-mail). Cancellation stops all future billing immediately. You retain access to Premium features until the end of your current paid billing period, after which Premium access ends automatically. You will not be charged again following cancellation.
10. Refunds
10.1Premium subscriptions are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details, exceptions for service outages caused by us, and information about statutory rights for consumers in the EEA and UK.
11. Acceptable Use of Premium
11.1While using Premium you agree not to:
- 11.2Share, transfer, sell, or sub-licence your subscription, account, or any access credentials to a third party.
- 11.3Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source music files from the application for redistribution outside ZeroOne Beats platforms.
- 11.4Use the application to harass others, to broadcast content that would breach the rules of any platform you stream on, or otherwise for any unlawful purpose.
11.5We may suspend or terminate Premium access (without refund) if you materially breach these terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
12.1We may update these terms at any time. Material changes affecting paying Premium subscribers will be notified by e-mail (via the address Lemon Squeezy holds for your subscription) at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of either service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
