ZeroOne Beats Refund Policy

1. Summary

ZeroOne Beats Premium is a recurring monthly subscription. All sales are final and subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current paid billing period; you will not be charged again after cancellation.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions to ZeroOne Beats Premium, processed by our payment provider Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). It does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence (see Section 6).

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (a link is included in the receipt e-mail sent with each charge). Cancellation stops all future billing immediately; your current billing period continues until its scheduled end date, after which Premium access ends automatically.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

While we do not offer refunds as a matter of course, we may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund or service credit in exceptional circumstances - for example, if a technical fault on our side prevents you from using ZOB Premium for a substantial portion of a paid billing period and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time. Any such resolution is granted on a case-by-case basis and does not create any obligation for us to do so in future cases.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first (see Section 7) rather than initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in immediate termination of your Premium access.

6. Statutory Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law when you first subscribe. By starting to use the Premium service immediately upon subscription, you expressly request that we begin the service during this period and acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed for the relevant billing period. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you have under your local consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.
