1. About These Terms
ZeroOne Beats ("we", "us") operates two services covered by these terms: the Song Submission System at zeroonebeats.com/submit, which is free, and the ZOB Premium subscription, which is paid. Sections 2 to 6 below cover music submissions; sections 7 to 11 cover the Premium subscription; sections 12 and 13 apply to both.
By using either service you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility (Song Submission)
You must authenticate via a supported OAuth provider (Twitch, Google, or Discord) to submit. By signing in you confirm you are authorised to use that account.
3. Submission Requirements
- Tracks must be original AI-generated music produced using an AI music platform (such as Suno, Udio, or similar).
- You must provide a valid public link to the original track on the platform used to generate it.
- The WAV file must be an authentic export of that track.
- You must hold commercial usage rights for the submitted track. Most AI music platforms require an active paid subscription to grant commercial rights - submissions generated under a free-tier account that does not include commercial rights are not permitted.
- Submissions are limited to 3 per authenticated account per 24-hour period.
- File size must not exceed 100 MB.
4. Your Rights in the Music
You retain whatever rights you hold in the submitted track. By submitting, you grant ZeroOne Beats a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to play, broadcast, and feature the track across all ZeroOne Beats platforms and channels, including but not limited to the Twitch stream, VODs and clips, social media channels, the ZeroOne Beats PC App, and the ZeroOne Beats Web Player. You confirm you have the right to grant this licence.
5. Prohibited Submissions
You may not submit content that is or contains any of the following. We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
- Music that is not AI-generated, or otherwise misrepresented as to its origin or platform.
- Tracks generated under a free-tier account or licence that does not grant commercial usage rights.
- Hate speech, slurs, or content discriminating against or attacking individuals or groups on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Violent extremism, incitement to violence, glorification of terrorism, or threats against any person or group.
- Strongly political or partisan content - endorsements of, or attacks on, specific political parties, candidates, movements, or contested current-affairs positions. We welcome music; we do not broadcast political advocacy.
- Strongly religious content, including proselytising and content endorsing, promoting, or attacking specific faiths or belief systems.
- Content that promotes, romanticises, or provides instructions for self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
- Sexually explicit content, pornography, or any content that sexualises, depicts, or references minors in a sexual context. Any such submission will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Targeted harassment of, threats against, or personal attacks on identifiable individuals.
- Content advocating illegal activity or glorifying illegal drug use.
- Submissions made on behalf of another person without their consent, or under a false identity.
6. No Guarantee of Broadcast
Submission does not guarantee that your track will be played on stream. We curate the playlist at our discretion.
7. The Premium Service
ZeroOne Beats Premium is a Windows desktop application that gives subscribers control over what plays from the ZeroOne Beats catalogue during their own streams or listening sessions, including segment selection, custom playlist creation, and the ability to skip or remove tracks they do not wish to hear. The free 24/7 ZeroOne Beats radio remains available without a subscription.
8. Subscription, Pricing & Billing
- Premium is sold as a recurring subscription of USD $5.99 per month.
- Payment is processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which acts as the merchant of record. Their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern the payment transaction itself.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month on the anniversary of your initial subscription date, until cancelled.
- Prices are quoted in US Dollars. Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) are collected and remitted by Lemon Squeezy as required by your jurisdiction and will be shown at checkout.
- We may change the price of the subscription on at least 30 days' notice; changes apply at the next renewal after the notice period.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (a link is included in each receipt e-mail). Cancellation stops all future billing immediately. You retain access to Premium features until the end of your current paid billing period, after which Premium access ends automatically. You will not be charged again following cancellation.
10. Refunds
Premium subscriptions are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details, exceptions for service outages caused by us, and information about statutory rights for consumers in the EEA and UK.
11. Acceptable Use of Premium
While using Premium you agree not to:
- Share, transfer, sell, or sub-licence your subscription, account, or any access credentials to a third party.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source music files from the application for redistribution outside ZeroOne Beats platforms.
- Use the application to harass others, to broadcast content that would breach the rules of any platform you stream on, or otherwise for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate Premium access (without refund) if you materially breach these terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes affecting paying Premium subscribers will be notified by e-mail (via the address Lemon Squeezy holds for your subscription) at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of either service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
